Hajduk deservedly took all three points on the away match in Zapresic. Despite the early goal conceded, Hajduk was a dominant team throughout the match, which is also confirmed by the match statistics. Hajduk kad 13 goal attempts while Inter had two, and the difference in the ball possession was also on the side of Joan Carrillo's from the first to the last minute of the game. 

The whole team played at a high level, and after the match, the captain of Hajduk, Zoran Nizic said:
"We didn't lose our concentration after they took a lead at the start of the match. We dominated the whole game and regardless that goal, we were the better opponent and we believed we can beat them. We could have scored a few more goals, but the most important thing is that we took three points. The whole team played on a high level. We were very eager and motivated, simply we had to win this match, and this is how we played, full of confidence that we will win".

Nizic scored the goal for a lead in the 77th minute, on the assist of Fran Tudor, the captain scored a header for 2:1:
" The second goal seemed certain, Tudor managed to find me and assist, I scored and  I am very happy for that. After the goal, we got self-confidence, we didn't need to force the rush but overall we controlled the match from the first to the last minute and deservedly celebrated. We are now turning to the next opponents, we are playing two games behind the closed doors, but regardless, it is imperative to win all six points" concluded Nizic.
