In the round 34, Hajduk was defeated 2:1 in the away match in Osijek.

After the match, head coach Damir Buric held a press conference.

"In my opinion, it was an interesting match of dynamic game and fighting spirit. In the first half, we controlled the match, we showed good game and organization. In the second half, we were not concentrated shortly, they created that chance to score and our players could have prevented it, but they didn't.  Osijek won because their players showed their fighting spirit".

"We have many good players and I hope that the team stays great in the future. Some of the players transferred in the winter transfer window and there are many of the injured ones. We could not count on Vlasic, Ohandza, Bencun, Kalinic today. All of them are great players, sometimes it is hard to substitute them. Today we gave a chance to many young players who showed their potential and skills. In the upcoming matches, I want that we turn our dominance of the ball into a positive result" concluded Buric.
