"I expect interesting and good game, it seems stadium will be nicely filled, that's something that makes me happy. We play for our fans, and we need to award them with our good play. I hope some of the players will recover and return in roster, so we would have more options in preparing team and tactics."

"Rijeka is a serious club, they have very good team lead by coach Kek. He is an expert and rival who can be a role model to others, it's always good to have people like him in Croatian football, to bring something more. Rijeka is constantly near the league's top, they are stable club, getting better year after year. They have our full respect."

"We can hardly wait for a game like this, when the League's top two teams are playing against each other. If I can, we would play right now. My boys are ready, focused. We will play that way, and there shouldn't be any problems."
