Head coach Damir Buric held a press conference ahead of the team's departure for Zagreb for MAXtv First league match against Lokomotiva, on Saturday at Kranjceviceva, kick off 15:00.

Coach Buric said:

"There are a few players with some health issues that are travelling with the team and we have to wait for tomorrow to decide about the starters. We are taking 20 players to Zagreb and we have to see if Milic, Velazquez and Velez will be ready for the match".

"Today and tomorrow morning we will know more about the pitch condition. I hope that everything will be ready for the match despite bad weather in Zagreb so that we can play a good match. We have to adopt to any conditions."

"Lokomotiva has many good players and they can be dangerous from free kicks. We will try to counteract their game by playing our game. In this situation, if the pitch is not in appropriate condition, it is crucial to score, if we manage to realize our chances it would be much easier. When we scored against Slaven Belupo, we started playing better."

"I'm going to attend Dinamo - Rijeka match on Sunday but I don't want to talk about our match against Rijeka next week. Currently, we are fully concentrated on Lokomotiva."

Buric is satisfied with a new central defensive pairing Bilyi and Nizic.

"They both played well, we dominated throughout the last match and Belupo had only one chance. We played many matches without receiving a goal, it rarely happens that someone manages to score" said Buric.
