Match Hajduk vs. Strømsgodset this Thursday night at Poljud will be played under strong safety and security measures, both in and out of stadium.
As usual on European matches, every viewer must have a valid ticket (or a season ticket), including children. We invite all viewers to come earlier on the stadium, to park their cairs in a way to avoid gridlock, because access closer to the stadium will be allowed only with a special pass.
Hajduk especially appeals on its fans not to bring any pyrotechnics and unsuitable banners to the stadium.
After match in Koper Hajduk had been fined for the rascist banner with 15,000 euros and closure of the southeast stand for the match against Strømsgodset.
"Once again, we appeal on all our fans to behave fair, according to all recommendations made by police and security. We were fined after the match in Koper, and we must be aware that every following incident will bring even harsher punishment. In case of the similar misbehaving we will have to pay 50,000 euros fine, and play the next European match behind closed door. That would be a disaster. I believe that match on Thursday will be a festival of football. No true fan will allow Hajduk to suffer because of the inappropriate behaviour of some individual," said Chairman of Hajduk Marin Brbić.
