Ante Erceg is no longer a player of Hajduk! After 56 official caps in Hajduk's jersey, the 28-year-old striker transferred to a club from the United Arab Emirates, Al Ahli Shabab.

For Hajduk's first team, he debuted on July 17, 2016 in the championship match against Cibalia. He played a total of 4.123 minutes, scored 26 goals and added 18 assists. He scored every 159 minutes on average.

In the first half-season, Ante was the team's top scorer with 13 goals scored and he also collected the most assists, as many as 7. His last match for Hajduk was the championship match against Inter Zapresic, where he scored two goals.

He is the winner of the "Hajdučko srce" (Heart of Hajduk) prize for the season 2016/17 and was also named the best Hajduk player in the current season by the decision of Club members.
