The official 109th birthday celebration started this morning at 9 am in the church of St. Ante at Poljud, where a mass was served for all deceased football players, employees, members and fans of the Club.

It was attended by Club management and Supervisory Board members, first team players, Youth Academy coaches and players and other Club employees.

Subsequently, Hajduk delegation, led by the President of the Board Marin Brbić and Supervisory Board President Benjamin Perasović as well as Supervisory Board members Sergije Popović, Marko Mustapić and Nino Martinić and the President of the General Assembly Vinko Radovani, laid a wreath on the memorial plate at Poljud north stand, for all the fans and members of Hajduk who died in the Homeland War.

The commemorative part of the birthday celebration was completed by laying a wreath on Hajduk's grave, in memory of all football players, coaches and officials who were buried at Lovrinac cemetery.
