Hajduk condemns all forms of violence and inappropriate behavior at sporting arenas and beyond. Even more, we condemn the causes of these problems. If we all really want to solve the accumulated problems in the Croatian football, we should start from their resolution and not only deal with the selective consequences. Hajduk will therefore continue to point to any irregularities and illegalities that are continuously occurring in the Croatian football scene and will support all genuine actions that indicate at it.
This is why we did not want to participate in the CFF action that has been focusing on outcomes in order to try to cover up the state of Croatian football. With our message "Stop violence against Croatian football", we wanted to encourage the public and the authorities, including the CFF, to deal with real problems and heal the Croatian football, so that it will be much easier to solve all forms of violence.
Malicious remarks aimed at the Club management tried to overshadow one of the most important days in the history of the Club and its fans. Representatives of the Club's Management Board and the Supervisory Board watched Sunday's game against RNK Split from the stands and not from the VIP area to demonstrate their respect for the fans on their big day, but also to send a strong message of unity in preserving the Club's values and a common goal - a stable and strong Hajduk based on the principles of transparency, competence, honesty and democracy. Bringing this act to any other connotation is a conscious deception of the Croatian public, which once again draws attention from the real problems in Croatian football.
Hajduk will persist struggling that the principles that we live in the club start to apply all over Croatian football and will continue addressing the causes of problems, conflicts and divisions, as well as condemning all forms of violence. Everyone that shares the same values is our companion in this struggle, regardless color of their jersey or scarf worn.
