Head coach Hari Vukas spoke this Thursday on a press conference ahead of the last match of the season, vs. RNK Split at Park Mladeži stadium. Match is scheduled for this Friday at 5 pm.

As expected, most of the media representatives wanted to hear what Vukas is saying about possibility that Hajduk will hire a new head coach.

"The only think I can say with a certainty is that this is my last match of this season, for everything else we can talk after the game. I'm in touch with the management on a daily basis, and that's normal. When I was appointed, ambition was to show determination and courage, because of the whole atmosphere which dominated in club at the time. I am satisfied, when I recall a day when I became a coach I can't feel and think anything else. I achieved everything I was appointed for. In normal circumstances Hajduk was suppose to secure the third position much sooner. In this period of time we achieved that, had some pretty good results, and we fulfilled our goal," said Vukas.
