Hajduk II lost the first match of the second half of the Second League season. They hosted Dugopolje at Poljud and lost 2:0.
The match was decided in the last minutes, when Marko Jurić scored for 1:0 in the 80th minute from some 30 meters. Four minutes later, Josip Rakić shot from a counter-attack but Marin Ljubić saved. Corner kick was awarded to Dugopolje. Ivan Primorac tried a low shot from 10 meters and scored for 2:0.
By the 80th minutes there were a few chances on both sides. The away team defended with 10 players, in the first half Hajduk II had only one chance, in the 15th minute when Jurica Pršir passed to Michele Šego, who crossed to Jakov Blagaić but the goalkeeper of Dugopolje reacted well and saved.
In the 33rd minute, Dugopolje scored but referee Likša Klaić annuled the goal for a foul on goalkeeper Ljubić.
In the second half Hajduk was focused on attacking while Dugopolje tried to get into chances from counter-attacks. Before the first goal for Dugopolje, Blagaić, Mario Vušković and Jakov Bašić came into chances but didn't manage to score.
In the next round, Hajduk is hosting Solin.
