The annual HNK Hajduk's General Assembly was held this morning at Poljud Stadium.
The President of the Assembly Vinko Radovani stated that the present shareholders have 432 568 shares, thus establishing the required quorum.
The financial report for 2017 was unanimously adopted as well as the decision on the use of profit for 2017. With 15 abstained votes, discharge was granted to the Board for their work in 2017 and with 25 abstained votes discharge was granted to the Supervisory Board in 2017.
The proposal of "Naš Hajduk" association on the adoption of the "Strategic Framework of HNK Hajduk Split Plc" was unanimously adopted.
