On mid-season preparations, Hajduk's head coach Zeljko Kopic joined the young forwards Ivan Delic, Franko Kovacevic and Michele Sego and the experienced strikers Hugo Almeida, Marko Futacs, Ahmed Said Said and Franck Ohandza.

They are the present and the future of Hajduk, the experience and the youth that is making progress and deserving to join. Advice, pointing at mistakes and supporting them is present in the games and at all times during friendly matches and training, but above all, the most evident is their communion and mutual respect on the pitch and around it.

The four experts give advice to the young talents for their future in football:

Hugo Almeida: "You should enjoy what are are doing, but with great responsibility and duty".

Marko Futacs: "Focus, concentration and patience is the way to success. Make the most of your talent".

Franck Ohandza: "Train and work hard. Appreciate what you have".

Ahmed Said Said: "Trust yourself and your work all the time, it will pay off".

The talented strikers memorize all the moves of their older teammates in the attack, and they highlighted the favorite features of Almeida, Futacs, Ohandza and Said that they would gladly use in their game.

"From Almeida I would take a kick and a header, and the feeling for football. I like Futacs's coolness and finishing, Ohandza's explosivness and speed, Said's strength and constant fighting during the game is amazing. There is no lost ball for him„ Delic said.

„Responsibility and experience first and foremost, we can learn a lot from each of them“ said nineteen-year-old Kovacevic determinedly.

„Hugo has a tremendous experience that can be seen at every step, and his jump is incredible. As for Said, I would like to emphasize perseverance and fighting, Ohandza's explosiveness and acceleration in the first step is incredible, and Futacs has a great art of finishing“ said Sego, age 17, the youngest member of the attacking team in Belek.
