Today's MAXtv First league match against Slaven Belupo at Poljud will be the ninth Hajduk played in the last month. Season has begun on July 2 against Sillamae Kalev in the UEFA Europa League first qualification round, and national championship started with match against Dinamo at Maksimir.
In eight matches this season Hajduk won three, all in European competition (Sillamae Kalev 6-2, Koper 4-1 and Strømsgodset 2-0). There were three draws (Kalev 1-1, Dinamo 1-1 and Split 0-0), and two losses (Koper 2-3, Istra 1-4).
Challenging schedule is expected in August, too. If Hajduk passes Strømsgodset, it will continue to play once in every three days, which brings eight matches in the next month.
Also, team will travell a lot, with a series of away matches: Drammen, Zagreb, Rijeka, etc.
